The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Sandra Hutchins can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Brit and Family, I am so sorry for your loss. No matter at what age or under what circumstances, losing a parent is heart breaking. Your mom was the epitome of grace and dignity and, if I remember correctly, a force to be reckoned with in so many ways. It's so maddening that she, and you all, had to suffer at the hands of such a devastating and relentless disease. Take comfort in the memories of her smile, laughter, and the joy, I am sure, you all brought her.
