Blanche MacInnis  Page (MacInnis)
Blanche (MacInnis) Page, 90, passed away gently from Earth to her Heavenly home on August 21, 2018. She was born and raised in Nova Scotia, Canada, the daughter of Alexander and Katharine (Crowse) MacInnis, and later became a naturalized citizen of the United States.
She met and married the love of her life, Gerald E. Page while working for Bangor Hydro Electric Company. She retired after 38 years of service with the company. Blanchie was a devoted member of the Stillwater Federated Church and loved her church family. She sang joyously in her church choir for many years. Throughout her lifetime she volunteered for various organizations. She also ushered at the Collins Center for the Arts and met many special friends in that role.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her beloved husband, Gerald, her sister, Sylvia and her brother, Claude.
She is survived by her loving son, Blaine Alan Page and his wife, Denise, of Millinocket; a grandson, Blaine Adam Page, and his wife, Brea of Erie, CO; a granddaughter, Brianna Robbins, of Windham; and her three precious great- grandchildren, Page Elizabeth Robbins, Ava Christine Page, and Blaine Andrew Page.
A celebration of her life will be held 11:00 A.M. Saturday, October 13, 2018, at Stillwater Federated Church, 335 Bennoch Road., Stillwater, ME. Those wishing to remember Blanchie in a special way may make gifts in her memory to Stillwater Federated Church, P.O. Box 386, Stillwater, ME 04489. Her committal in Corinthian Cemetery will be private.
