Dear Shelly, Stafford and I are beyond saddened to read of Adam's death in the paper today. He was a wonderful young man with so much personality and promise. Had we known about it then we would most certainly have attended his funeral service. Stafford came out of the U.S. Army in 2013 with an Honorable Discharge, PTSD, and drug addiction, so I know what you were going through. He got help through the V.A. and is doing well. We will try to make it on Weds to support your courage and loss.
