Obituary for Timothy Scott Mayo

Timothy Scott  Mayo
BRADLEY - Timothy S. Mayo, 57, passed away May 18, 2017 surrounded by family. He was born September 21, 1959 in Bangor, the son of Edward H. Mayo and Ann Helen (Von Hograf) Mayo. Tim graduated Brewer High School, Class of 1978. He learned the carpentry trade from his father and eventually took over the family business, becoming the third generation owner of H. L. Mayo and Son. He was a humble and hard working man who let his work speak for itself. Tim was a devoted family man, married for over three decades and blessed with three children. He enjoyed snowmobiling, golfing, skiing, motorcycling, and time with family and friends especially down to camp. His time was shortened due to the effects of the autoimmune disease Primary Biliary Cholangitis. Tim is survived by his wife Kimberley (Fox) Mayo, son Ryan Mayo of Brewer; daughters Deanna Boisvert and her husband, Adam, of Ludlow, and Cassandra Mayo of Bradley; two grandchildren Graysen and Nora Boisvert; sister Cathy Harriman and her husband Ron; brothers Christopher and his partner Angel Robinson, Eric and his wife Lisa; one uncle, George Mayo and his wife, Eva; one aunt, Edith More and her husband Gene; many cousins, nieces and nephews including his special buddy Cole. Tim was also close to his brothers and sisters-in-law Mike and Lori Fowler and Jon and Cheryl Briggs. He was predeceased by his parents. Tim will also be lovingly missed by best friend John King.
