Obituary for Nina A. Dwyer

FARMINGDALE – Nina A. Dwyer, 86, passed away March 23, 2017, after a brief illness at a Bangor hospital. She was born July 14, 1930, in Sherman, the daughter of Francis and Amelia (Landers) Irish.

Nina married Earle Main in 1947 and together shared 55 years of marriage. After Earle’s death, she married Charles Dwyer Sr. and they were married for two years until Charles’s death.

In addition to her parents and husbands, she is predeceased by a son, Earle Main Jr. Nina is survived by a sister, Audrey Darke; sons, Allen Main and his wife Claudette, and Dennis Main; daughters, Judy Carlisle and husband Buster, Nancy Trautman and her husband Dan; and a step-son, Charles Dwyer Jr. and husband Gil Bryant; seven grandchildren, and twelve great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held at Crystal Cemetery at a date and time to be announced in the spring. Condolences to the family may be expressed at BrookingsSmith.com
