Condolence: To Ruth's family, I was saddened to learn of Ruth's passing a couple of weeks ago. I first met this fine lady when she and Richard England moved into the house next to me in Veazie. They were the best neighbors ! They even cut down the row of scruffy pine trees that bordered our properties so that the ice and snow would melt in my driveway during the winter months. I was forever grateful for that act of thoughtfulness. Jim and I moved away in 2004, and lost touch with Ruth and Richard after a few years. We have fond memories of Ruth, and she will be missed.
