Glenburn - Jayden Riley Hustus, 13, passed away unexpectedly on October 20, 2016, at a Bangor hospital surrounded by his loving family. He was born March 3, 2003, in Bangor. Jayden loved four wheeling, dirt biking, splitting wood and everything outdoors, including snowboarding, with his brother Dawson, and hunting with his Grampy Don who was his favorite person in the world. He was a student at the Glenburn Elementary School. Jayden was a gentle, kind, caring, silly, loving handsome young man, who was loved by so many people and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him, especially his brothers Dawson, Jackson, and Joshua, who were not just brothers but inseparable buddies. He always wanted everyone to get along; he never wanted to hurt anyone. He was so respectful, kind and courteous. He always opened his arms to reach out and hug everyone. Jayden loved making people laugh, with his funny sense of humor and funny faces he made. Whenever he would hear someone else laughing, he would join in. He loved seeing people happy. Jayden never wanted to disappoint anyone. He was always a very positive young man. Jayden was aprotector. He always wanted to protect the people he loved and cared about. Jayden's aspirations were to go to Hermon High School next year and graduate in 2021, then become a game warden while simultaneously learning the carpentry trade from his step father Ben Emerson. Jayden was determined to do whatever he put his mind to and do it successfully. They broke the mold when they made Jayden. We will always love him. Rest in peace our best friend. Hustus and step mother Danielle Rauscher of Newport; maternal great-grandmother, Bernice Faris of Bangor; maternal grandparents, Donald Murphy and wife Lisa of Bangor; grandmother, Rose Murphy of Carmel; paternal grandparents, Linda Barker of Texas; Edward Turner of Carmel; Derwin and Doreen Emerson of Charleston; three sisters, Katelynn Demmons of Levant, Ashlynn Hustus of Glenburn, Kimberlee Hustus of Glenburn; four brothers, Dawson Emerson of Glenburn, Jackson Emerson of Glenburn, Jakob Rauscher of Newport, Joshua Hustus of Newport; by several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends, including very special uncles Aaron Dudley, Matt Emerson, Tony Bischoff, Ronnie Curtis, Darren Hustus; and very special aunts Lisa Dudley, Angel Curtis, and Brenda Bischoff. He was predeceased by his great grandfather Perley Hustus, an uncle Edward Turner Jr., and special family friend Adam Lawrence.
