Condolence: It will feel so different not seeing Nancy out tending to the ducks or working in the garden this spring. As I drove by the house, I had a certain 'emptiness' that I know will always be there. Nancy was so loving, welcoming, and nonjudgmental of all. She was always kind and generous. We loved the holidays as they brought her such great joy preparing for them and she loved more than anything giving gifts and getting together with her family. She wasn't just a good person...really, there are none finer than she. Greg and I feel honored to have known her and John and to be welcomed into their home as family. Though a candle has gone dark with her passing, the light continues to be bright in her amazing daughters, Tina, Rosie, and Denise...and the entire family. We remain here with love and support during this tremendous time of loss and sadness. Our greatest comfort is knowing she is with John, in his arms again, paddling one of those quiet lakes 'up country' puffing on cigarettes not because they smoked, but to keep the darn mosquitos away!
