Obituary for Charlotte Patricia Bridges (Clark)

FRANKFORT – Charlotte P. Bridges, 77, passed June 17, 2015, with her family by her side, at a local hospital. She was born July 18, 1937, in Bangor, the daughter of Maurice and Bertha (Wescott) Clark.

Charlotte graduated from Frankfort High School. She enjoyed yard sales, and loved to crochet. Charlotte’s greatest joy was being a home maker for her family. She was a loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.

Charlotte is survived by her sons, Raymond and wife Marianne, of Prospect, Ronald and wife, Robin, of Winterport; her daughter, Pamela Lane and husband Stephen, of Frankfort; grandchildren, Erin and Michael Bridges, Dylan and Kaleb Bridges, Libby Lane, Eric Lane, and Stephen Lane Jr; great grandchildren, Cooper and Marcus; a sister, Jeannine Redmond; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. In addition to her parents, Charlotte is predeceased by her husband of 56 years, Malcolm H. Bridges; and four brothers.

Relatives and friends are welcome to call 6-8 p.m., Sunday, June 21, 2015, at the Hampden-Gilpatrick Chapel of Brookings-Smith, 45 Western Ave., Hampden, where a funeral service will be held 10a.m., Monday, June 22, with the Rev.
