GLENBURN – Fred Albert Kenney, Sr., 48, died February 24, 2015 at a Bangor hospital. He was born May 4, 1966 in Bangor.

Fred was a graduate of Brewer High School, class of 1984 and Donnelly Trucking School of Freeport. He had been employed by JMM Enterprises of Eddington. Fred will be remembered for his love of cars, especially his 1970 Chevelle, and his beloved animals, Montana Rose and Franki.

Surviving, in addition to his wife, Gina of Glenburn are a son, Fred A. Kenney, Jr. of Milford, his mother, Freda J. Gass and her husband, Robert B. Gass who raised Fred, both of Lakeland, FL; a step sister, Lisa Veneziano of Newburgh; two stepsons, Brandon and Jason Ashe, both of Glenburn; special auntie, Jean and cousin, Joanie and family; the Thompson family and all his special buddies.

Relatives and friends are welcome 1 to 3pm Saturday February 28, 2015 at Brookings-Smith, 133 Center Street, Bangor. Spring interment will be in the Harts Corner Cemetery, Holden. Condolences to the family may be expressed at www.BrookingsSmith.com.
